Tea Party gone Mad…but in a fabulously awesome way

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn’t be, and what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see? “Alice”

As a child, I loved fairy tales and planning the most extravagant imaginary parties around the theme of the tale. It just never got old to me. Ever. A series of dreams soon became a festivity fit for a Queen filled with crowds of the best friends on Earth. I loved it. Many years later, I still find myself imagining my dream party (mostly on Pinterest but that’s a different story) Fast forward a few years……a few months ago I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Irene Magana at her engagement photo shoot and instantly fell in love with her spirit and style.  I knew when I started snapping away at photos of her and her fiance Juan that I was in for something special. Irene is the daughter of one of my dearest friends Mrs. Julie Andrade de Garcia.

I have always found Julie to be a fun and creative person which I learned this week must run in the family.  So I wasn’t a bit suprised at the super duper amazing and beautiful Alice In Wonderland Mad Hatter’s Tea Party themed bridal shower I attended this weekend.  It was over the top. I was amazed by just how much there was.

Between the food and the decor it was like stepping into the pages of the book

…the bridal party and mother of the bride turned a simple idea into something far greater…it was absolutely ah-maz-zing! The people were amazing, the food was fabulous and the memories will last a lifetime.

It was exactly like one of my imaginary childhood parties. It was pure perfection and I was thrilled to be part of that day.

Read the directions and directly you will be directed in the right direction. “Alice”
